The house is beautifully cared for, with comfortable touches to make you feel at home. Relax on the deck or in the hot tub, take a walk down the trail and enjoy a day at your private beach on the river. With almost two acres, there is plenty of privacy, space to play and beautiful scenery. Hiking and biking trails right outside your door! The house is fully stocked with everything you will need! Three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, sleeping loft, comfortable living spaces with all the amenities!

Driveway has a steep grade and in winter months, it is necessary to have 4WD, AWD, studs and/or chains. Please be sure to dress appropriately and be prepared for all winter conditions as they can change rapidly.

PETS are allowed, please let us know if you are bringing a dog(s). We have two dog beds waiting for our furry guests! We just ask that you keep them off the furniture and pick up after them, and please do not leave them unattended inside the house.

While we’re located in the Ponderosa Pines Community, our little plot of land sits far away from the actual neighborhood, down a long driveway and tucked quietly away from everything and everyone, with exception to one next door neighbor. We’ve got a small ravine to the south, the river to west and a steep hill to the west, a true remote sanctuary just a short 1 mile from good coffee, good wine and other conveniences. We believe we have the best slice of nature in the community.
